Our business of fashion Design provides services in product development, product planning and manufacturing. Our processes start with the proper customer and product research as well as in depth market trend competitive analysis. We understand the complexity of this industry and we are here to help you launch a product that will not only maintain your brand integrity but will meet the needs of the consumer with good Quality Industry Standards.
After having a deep understanding of your customer profile, we start with the creation of inspiration and story board to start creating a concept and personality to your line, in which we will include color palette, fabrics, trims and fashion sketches. Once your company give us the approval of design we move forward creating:
- Flat technical sketches with specifications of construction, trims and fabric information (It is fashion equivalent to an architectural blueprint)
- Pattern creation for base size in all designs approve
- Cut and sewn prototypes with specifications
- Fit and adjustments identified
- Repeat prototype until desire fit is achieved and approved
- Develop the grade to the pattern for the sizes specified
- Size Set prototypes are cut and sewn to verify sizes
- Fit size set
- Approvals to move forward to do wear test if necessary or move forward to pre-production
Once we have decided if we are doing a wear test or moving into pre-production, we create a Tech-Pack with all the specifications of your product. We also discus and identify AQL’s (Acceptable Quality Limits) for your product according to industry standards. (Keep in mind that through the pre-production or production of the product, the Tech-Pack may change depending upon manufacturing specifications, process, metrics and capabilities). Since we tread our clients as our partners, we welcome you and your management and design team to come and visit us at any stage of the process. We also provide all of the quality data and specification done at our facility along with your product.
